Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients with daily living activities and life skills
• Facilitate group meetings and house activities




• Maintain extensive documentation and resident files
• Provide crisis support and mediate conflicts

Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma in human services
• Minimum two years of experience with marginalized populations
• Solid communication and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting
