About the Role
This is a live-out, part-time position (two full days per week), ideal for someone who is balancing other commitments but would like a consistent, meaningful role with one family. Your primary focus will be caring for our toddler, keeping her safe, happy, engaged, and supported in her daily routines. We follow a Montessori-inspired, child-led approach and value caregivers who enjoy creating thoughtful, developmentally appropriate experiences rather than just supervising. We’d love to find someone who enjoys planning little activities, crafts, and adventures, and who feels comfortable spending time outdoors — whether that’s visits to local parks, library programs, or simply exploring the neighbourhood together. About Our Home We also have a goofy hypoallergenic dog, though he will not be around on days of care. We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings kindness, patience, and a calm, nurturing presence
- Has experience caring for toddlers (12 months)
- Is reliable, punctual,



and communicates clearly
- Enjoys engaging little ones through play, movement, music, books, and exploration
- Is comfortable supporting nap routines, meals/snacks, diapering, outdoor time, and light child-related tidying
- Feels excited about building a steady, part-time rhythm with one family Safety

Requirements:
