As a Program Facilitator, you will be instrumental in providing after-school support and planning activities that foster emotional resilience, community ties, and self-sufficiency. Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate trauma-informed group programming for youth
• Create a safe, supportive space for youth development
• Liaise with families and community supports
• Track and report program participation and outcomes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field
• 2-5 years of experience working with youth
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends
