Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical support to Hart Hub community members
• Deliver direct clinical care within full scope of practice




• Evaluate and monitor health services for individuals

Requirements:
• RPN diploma and current registration in Ontario
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience in community health or related settings
• Strong interpersonal skills for diverse populations
