As a temporary, full time Support HR Co-op Student, you will report to the Superintendent, Support HR. Your main responsibilities include processing HRIS transactions, coordinating employee reimbursements, and assisting with onboarding processes. The role emphasizes detail-oriented work in a supportive environment for human resources.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures
• Coordinate invoice payments and reimbursements
• Support employee health and benefits claims




• Organize new hire employee documentation
• Assist with employee events and engagement initiatives

Requirements:
• Enrolled in Human Resources or Business Administration program
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS
• Previous HR or customer service experience is beneficial Leverage your skills in human resources and contribute to enriching employee experiences at Highland Valley Copper.
