In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Field Applications Scientists.
- Support sales growth strategy and funnel acceleration via applications collaboration and positioning of value added services.
- Represent the company as a leader at conferences and workshops.




- Oversee technical and scientific pre- and post-sales support for customers, including presentations, demonstrations, protocol development, training and troubleshooting.
- Establish best practices, standard work, workflows, and performance metrics for the applications team.
- Ensure team performance accountability and compliance.
- Manage departmental staffing and resource allocation.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

- BSc, M.Sc. or PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related life science discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in flow cytometry. 2+ years in a life science leadership or management role preferred but not required.
- Experience in applications, technical support, or field-based scientific role preferred.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

if applicable for role

- Ability to travel – up to 85% overnight travel
- Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Field Applications Management and/or Field Applications Management in Flow Cytometry
- Clinical Flow Cytometry

The annual salary range is $120-$150K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of perks including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
