Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services for marketing-led brands. As Account Growth Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients, retaining them and growing revenue.
You will collaborate with strategists and delivery teams to present one transparent voice to clients, while sustaining a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells. This is a base plus commission role with a 50/50 split.
