As a dedicated Health Care Aide, you will work primarily at the Vermilion Health Centre, supporting residents through personal care and daily living activities. Your role includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, assisting nurses, and ensuring the well-being of residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
- Support organization and completion of recreational activities
- Monitor and report residents' health and well-being
- Maintain a safe and caring environment for residents
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other health professionals

Requirements:

- Active registration with CLHA as a Health Care Aide
- Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months
- Experience in Long Term Care settings
- Solid English speaking and documentation skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
