We are seeking a dedicated Residential Care Aide with a valid certificate and at least two years of experience in long-term care or assisted living. In this role, you'll assist with hygiene, mobility, and meal distribution, while closely monitoring residents' health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities like hygiene and dressing
• Manage meal distribution while monitoring dietary needs
• Track changes in residents' health and report to nursing staff




• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols in living areas
• Facilitate social, recreational, and spiritual activities for residents
Requirements:
• Residential Care Aide Certificate from accredited school
• Minimum 2 years in long-term care or assisted living
• Registered in good standing with BC Care Aide Registry
• Food Protected & WHMIS Certificates are an asset
• Basic First Aid recommended
