Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cleaner schedules using Launch27 and WhatsApp
• Communicate with clients to confirm and answer enquiries
• Prepare and send cleaning quotes in Launch27
• Handle last-minute changes and cancellations
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and assignments
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Previous experience in the cleaning industry is essential
• Solid communication skills in English
• Ability to work night shifts (Malaysia time)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and independent
