Lead our resort's activities team as an Outdoor Activities Supervisor. Enhance guest experiences through effective planning, training, and supervision of all resort activities.
This supervisory role focuses on organizing daily programs for all resort guests while ensuring safety and enjoyment. Your leadership will inspire staff by mentoring them and fostering exceptional experiences. In addition, you'll manage operations in the absence of the activities manager, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver daily activity programs for guests
• Lead by example and mentor activities staff
• Oversee daily operations in the manager's absence
• Conduct safety checks on all activity equipment
• Communicate effectively with staff and management
Requirements:
• Previous supervisory or lead experience required
• Experience working with children aged 3 to 12 preferred
• Background in tourism or guest service beneficial
• Knowledge of water safety and first aid helpful
• Cleared criminal records check necessary
