In this role, you’ll shape high-velocity technical decisions across product, design, and engineering to deliver real value to users. AI is part of the toolkit here, you use it actively, you know when to reach for it, and you hold the bar on what ships.Lead other developers and the product, design, and engineering (PDE) squad in ideating, refining, and building minimum viable featuresMake pragmatic technical tradeoffs that prioritize learning from experiments and prototypes faster without sacrificing core system stabilityImplement robust tracking and analytics for current features, partnering with PMs and Analysts to review experiment results and user behavior data to iterate on the productImprove application performance, reliability, and data integrity by addressing root causes and reducing system complexitySet and reinforce strong engineering practices through code reviews, testing, and consistent technical standardsMentor other developers through feedback and technical guidance, helping the team make better decisions over timeUse modern tools, including AI, thoughtfully and responsibly to reduce friction and improve deliveryA degree or diploma in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceThe ability to take ambiguous business problems and turn them into lightweight,
