ParaMed in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a Part time Afternoons Customer Care Coordinator to act as the primary contact for clients and field staff, matching clients with suitable staff and delivering superior service.

You will schedule staff, enter and update data, and respond professionally to calls and electronic communications from funders, staff, patients and families. This role is part-time, afternoons 4:30pm-9pm, with weekend shifts as needed.
