We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading customer service operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing a high-performing support team.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You will oversee daily support operations, monitor team performance, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Manager, Customer Support Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar leadership role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Proven experience managing and coaching customer service or support teams.

- Strong leadership,

- Experience developing and improving customer service processes and workflows.

- Ability to analyze customer service metrics and implement performance improvements.

- Experience using CRM and customer support platforms such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.

- Experience supporting B2B or SaaS customers is a plus.
