Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Delivery Lead (TDL) to lead the successful delivery of strategic regulatory reporting and compliance technology initiatives. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end technology delivery across multiple teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong delivery leader with deep experience managing large-scale technology programs, navigating complex dependencies, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities




* Lead end-to-end delivery of critical regulatory reporting and compliance technology initiatives.
* Manage project deliverables across architecture, development, business analysis, testing, infrastructure, and support teams.
* Partner with stakeholders across Payments, Securities, Wealth, Personal Banking, Business Banking, and Enterprise Technology teams.
* Manage complex integrations, dependencies, risks, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, financial forecasts, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
* Act as the primary escalation point for technology risks, issues, and delivery challenges.
* Coordinate environment builds, releases, production support activities, and defect remediation.
* Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, scalability, security, and operational requirements.
* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Provide leadership, coaching, talent development, and resource management support to team members.What You'll Bring* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

* 7-10+ years of experience leading complex technology delivery programs in large enterprise environments.
* Proven experience delivering regulatory reporting initiatives AML, FCCM, or compliance technology solutions.
* Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project management/delivery practices.
* Experience managing cross-functional technology teams, vendors, budgets, and resource plans.
* Strong understanding of banking systems, regulatory reporting platforms, and enterprise integrations.
* Solid technical foundation with experience in software development would be preferrable and up-to-date architecture patterns.Preferred Technical ExperienceExperience with one or more of the following technologies is considered an asset:
