The Manager will manage a team of 3 to 5 direct reports, providing them strategic direction, technical oversight, operational leadership, and talent development for the Test Development Engineering function. The role partners with project management, site leadership, quality, business development, solutions, and global engineering teams to deliver effective test capabilities aligned with customer, project, and business requirements.
