We're a performance marketing agency built for DTC and ecommerce brands. We run paid, email, SEO, and CRO as one growth engine, so we're not hiring someone who only knows one or two channels.

We're fully remote, and we're AI-native in how we operate, not in how we talk about it. You set the direction across every channel and catch the risks and openings early. The AI workflows you build let you run more accounts than one strategist normally could.

You forecast where an account is headed and then hit the number. You won't spend your day in one ad account pushing bids.

You build workflows and ship them.

You set the plan across paid social, paid search, email and retention, CRO, and SEO and AIO. Marrying the Relationship between Brand & Performance. You understand the power of using both sides of your brain - this means that you craft campaigns that both perform well financially & can also build the power of the brand via awareness campaigns, savvy storytelling & deep creative insights.

You tie performance to revenue, CAC, and LTV,

and can explain what a CPM move does to the P&L.;

New campaigns and tests. You spot what's worth testing next, cook up the hypothesis and deliver real post test analyses that drive future tests.

Account growth. You grow the accounts you own through smarter strategy and mutual trust.

4+ in performance or growth marketing, with hands-on depth across more than one platform (paid social, paid search, email, and the channels next to them).

You connect paid and organic performance to pipeline and revenue

You've built AI workflows and shipped them. You communicate clearly and can translate performance data for a founder who doesn't live in ad accounts.

We're fully remote. Competitive Pay: based on experience and location.

- 100% Remote & Flexible Work: Work from anywhere. Flexible scheduling and a global team.
