What do we need Dotmatics is seeking a FP&A; Analyst to join its growing Finance team and serve as the analytical engine for a fast-growing, acquisitive, mission driven SaaS business executing on a global growth strategy. In this critical role, you will drive all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across the company. Additionally, you will help deliver sound, data-driven business decisions by providing value-added analysis of financial and operating metrics. The ideal candidate has keen analytical and financial skills, excellent understanding of accounting principles, ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and is comfortable prioritizing multiple deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Act as a financial advisor and gain insights into business partner’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and drivers; provide analysis and guidance to business functions to meet their OKRs - Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate business performance, assess risk, and support decision-making. Proactively monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), business drivers and unit economics to highlight short and long-term risks and/or opportunities. -
