Live the LB difference! The Medical Editor is responsible for carefully editing and proofreading pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising and informational copy. Material assigned may include print and digital, sales presentations, slide decks, packaging, internal and external company communications, visual aids, social media, websites and more.

Requirements

Bachelor of Arts or a higher degree in English literature, linguistics, journalism, or communications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an editor in an in-house or freelance capacity

Bilingualism (English and French; oral and written) is a plus

A certificate in qualified editing from a Canadian university is preferred





Certification with Editors’ Association of Canada is an asset

Ability to translate from French into English is an asset

Experience in an advertising setting is an asset
