This role handles, monitors, and manages tasks supporting the Underwriting Team and broker administration support. The purpose of this role is to optimize broker service with efficient, accurate processing of transactions and inquiries.

Submit tickets to ServiceNow for broker issues needing IT attention
Current Users: Adding, Deleting and Account Audits
Troubleshoot EDI, Download, initial loads and password reset issues
Account management with CGI
Transactions in GWPC that are determined as low complexity (renewals, claims notices, policy changes )
Transactions in GWPC including Corporate support for policy corrections – example VIN corrections
Provide support via phone queue and email
Open and manage IT tickets with 3 rd party vendor, as required
Troubleshoot password issues, application issues on customer mobile devices and trip readings
Complete policy changes in GWPC for un-enrollment




Categorization and distribution of incoming documents Personal Lines
Renewal triaging/activation for Personal Lines
Special Projects pursuant to Product & Pricing Initiatives
Overall Support for Personal Lines and Operations, as required

1-3 years of relevant work experience

- Data entry experience
- Document management experience
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Location: This is a hybrid work model with 2 days a week spent in our Vancouver office and the other 3 days from home.
