As a technology first company, we're currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team.The Role: As a Senior Full Stack Developer at FTS, you will report to the Head of Engineering with the responsibility of leading the design and development of complex, high-performance web applications. You will serve as a technical leader on the team, mentoring junior and intermediate developers while driving architectural decisions that support the scalability and growth of our travel technology platform.Mentor and support junior and intermediate developers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and technical guidance.* Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and delivery plans.* Drive best practices for code quality, testing, performance, and security.* Own the end-to-end delivery of complex features from discovery through production deployment.* Integrate third-party APIs, travel distribution systems, and external services.* Contribute to sprint planning,



technical roadmap discussions, and architectural reviews.* Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.* Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable, cloud-native delivery.Deep expertise in front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.* Strong back-end experience with Java, Python, Node.js or Go.* Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design.* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).* Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.* Experience in travel technology or airline systems is a robust asset.* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.What you can expect from us:* Remote work flexibility (minimum 3 days in office — based in Quebec)* Guidance from senior team members* Collaboration with a supportive and committed team* Prospects for personal and professional development
