We are currently seeking a mid-level Corporate Securities Lawyer to join our dynamic team. This is a strategic growth hire for a commercially minded lawyer to work with innovative businesses in the technology and gaming sectors, providing practical legal advice and supporting clients as they grow and navigate an evolving regulatory landscape. 4–8 years of experience in securities, corporate finance, and public M&A; law.

- Proven experience with direct listings, RTOs, CPCs, and public financings.
- cross-listing experience is an asset.
- Strong business development skills and a willingness to network and market, including after hours.
- Provide commercial legal support to clients in the gaming and broader technology sectors.
- Advise on a range of commercial agreements, transactions, and general business matters.
- Support corporate finance transactions and founder-related legal matters.
- Advise clients on applicable regulatory requirements and compliance considerations, where relevant.




- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting clients through various stages of growth.
- Lead and support securities and corporate finance transactions, including public offerings and private placements.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure obligations, and corporate governance.
- Draft and review commercial agreements, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents.
