Drive major gifts for youth mental health with Jack.org as a Senior Development Officer, working hybrid in Toronto or remotely across Canada.

This senior fundraising role manages donors and prospects giving $10,000 or more. You will cultivate relationships, develop prospect pipelines, and secure current revenue for Jack.org. The work connects donor interests with programs and marketing initiatives supporting youth mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors

Manage portfolios, pipelines, action plans, and cultivation progress

Prepare proposals, briefing notes, LOIs, and stewardship reports

Track donor activity and moves management in Salesforce

Reach quarterly, annual, and revenue targets

Requirements:

Five-plus years of progressive revenue development experience

Proven record closing gifts at $10,000-plus levels

Strong relationship-building, writing, editing, and communication skills

Experience developing independent prospect pipelines

Salesforce, relational database, and Microsoft Office experience
