The Server is primarily responsible for:
Serve Alcoholic/non-Alcoholic beverages in conjunction with licensing/liquor regulations for residents and non-residents.
Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner.
Collects payment for drinks served and balances all receipts;
Prepares inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies;
Comply with all food and beverage regulations;
Adhere to hotel grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.




Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
Work varying shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, some overnights, weekends and holidays);
Visually verify and interpret written documents;
Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
1+ years of serving experience in a high-volume breakfast or diner environment preferred.

- Punctual and dependable—early morning readiness is critical;
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision;
- Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.
