Warehouse Associate Location: Mississauga, Ontario Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Subject to change per business needs)About the Role:We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key part of our operations, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming materials and customer equipment against accompanying paperwork.Put away materials and equipment in their designated locations in a timely manner.Process returned materials and equipment according to internal procedures.Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup, following all special instructions.Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and proper documentation.Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently; Use ERP systems or warehouse management tools to record transactions and support operations.Keep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and compliant with safety and company standards.Adhere to all established company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.Communicate clearly and positively with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.Assist in maintaining a safe, secure, and efficient facility.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Solid English language skills (verbal and written)
