The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for all functions associated with material warehousing including picking orders, shipping and receiving. The Warehouse Associate will perform all duties in a timely and orderly fashion to the best of their abilities and with the utmost due care, integrity and professionalism. Read and comply with ECCO’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures

Read and comply with ECCO’s Human Resources Policies and Procedures

Adhere to shipping and receiving policies, procedures and regulatory compliance procedures

Maintain the warehouse, receiving areas,



and yard in a clean and organized manner; Perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment

Pick/ship goods to customers in an efficient and accurate manner

this includes packing, sealing, and labeling materials to prepare for shipping

Fill out/prepare picking tickets

Assist with loading trailers, preparing and shipping LTL orders as necessary

Ensure warehouse is appropriately stocked at all times

Report any maintenance requirements, accidents, incidents, and near-misses immediately to your supervisor

Participate in yearly inventory count

High school diploma or equivalent

Forklift license an asset

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a busy environment; Desire to be a long-term employee and contribute to the company’s overall success
