Optima Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant Level I to perform a variety of basic maintenance duties across building interiors, grounds, and equipment. This full-time role supports the Maintenance Manager in ensuring safe, well‑kept spaces for residents and staff.
The position requires Grade 12 and basic trades familiarity; CPR/First Aid are assets. In office work with on-call responsibilities supporting safety and preventive maintenance initiatives.
