We're a busy, active family of six looking for a reliable, caring, and proactive individual to join our household on a part-time basis. With four children, homeschooling, and running a family business, our days are full We're hoping to find someone who can lend an extra set of hands, help keep things organized, and make our day-to-day routine run a little more smoothly. What we're looking for help with:
- Childcare: Spending time with our children (ages 2–12), engaging them in activities, supervising play, and helping with daily routines as needed.
- Light housekeeping: Keeping common areas tidy, helping with dishes, general organization, and maintaining a clean, comfortable workplace.
- Laundry: Washing, folding, and putting away clothing.
- Meal preparation: Helping prepare meals, snacks, and occasionally getting dinner started.
- General household support: Assisting with the little everyday tasks that can quickly pile up in a busy household. Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- Genuinely enjoys spending time with children of different ages.
- Is patient, kind, dependable, and trustworthy.
- Is organized, takes initiative,



and can recognize what needs to be done without constant direction.
- Is comfortable working in a home where a parent may also be present.
- Is flexible and happy to switch between childcare and household responsibilities depending on the day's needs.
- Has previous childcare experience, with references preferred. Hours: Part-time, with scheduling and hours to be discussed.
