Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) is hiring a Human Resources Manager to deliver HR functions at a local on-site location, including recruitment, payroll, pensions and advantages, talent management and learning and development.
You will investigate grievances, ensure Health and Safety compliance, and collaborate with management, employees and unions to resolve issues and drive policy improvements. The role is hands-on and based in Ottawa with bilingual English/French requirements.
