University Health Network (UHN) seeks an experienced BI Developer to build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for the People & Culture department, turning workforce data into actionable insights. You will own Workday and UKG reporting during the HRIS transformation, partnering with P&C; and Enterprise Data teams to translate stakeholder needs into scalable dashboards.

You will influence the evolving data model, serving as the main link to shape reporting requirements and data
