Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting various assembly lines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: BARRIE, ON

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour

Shift: Morning (6 am - 4 pm) and Afternoon (4:30 pm - 2:30 am)

What's the Job?

- Work as part of a team responsible for assembling entire products or components
- Perform all tasks involved in the assembly process, rotating through different roles
- Participate in making management decisions affecting work processes
- Assist in light assembly, packing, or labeling in departments such as cream, powder, lipstick,



or nail lacquer
- Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the production process

- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work various shifts including day, afternoon, and midnight
- Ability to perform light physical tasks and stand for extended periods
