Saskatchewan Health Authority seeks a Social Worker - BSW Senior at Saskatoon City Hospital. This full-time role involves coordinating patient care, case management, education and advocacy, with in office and virtual social work services. Preference to HSAS members per collective agreement.

The position requires a BSW, 2+ years in medical social work, SASW registration or eligibility, and a valid Class 5 license. Salary band is posted and travel is not required.
