Job Description

Insight Global is seeking Marketing Data Analysts to support a leading banking client in downtown Toronto. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days per week onsite in the downtown Toronto office.

This role is highly technical, with approximately 80% focused on hands‑on analytics and reporting using SQL and Power BI, and 20% dedicated to stakeholder engagement and consultation. The successful candidate will partner with marketing teams across North America to provide ad hoc analytics support, including data analysis, dashboard and report development, campaign performance measurement, customer journey optimization, automation initiatives, and predictive model development.

Skills and Requirements

- 3 + years as a Data Analyst working in a Marketing Analytics environment
- 3+ years hands on experience with SQL
- 3+ years hands on experience creating PowerBI or Tableau reports
- Ability to take ownership of assigned projects and operate independently
- Strong communication skills, and ability to think critically
- Willing to learn and adapt quickly
- Python basics (data wrangling,



data cleaning, and data analysis)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud: basic understanding of Query Studio
