Serco Canada Inc. is seeking a capable leader to direct DriveTest Centre activities, oversee customer service and Driver Examiner functions, and drive performance against project KPIs.

You will coordinate workflows, mentor staff, and liaise with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations and high service quality. A solid background in supervision and traffic/testing policies is essential.
