Mackenzie Health is seeking a Patient Care Manager for the RCC and Post-Acute stroke programs. You will oversee the A2 Orange Complex Care and A1 Aqua Palliative units, directing human and financial resources and coordinating with physicians, NPs and allied health colleagues to ensure safe, high-quality care aligned with the organization's strategic plan.
