Symbio is a province-wide healthcare transformation initiative focused on replacing fragmented hospital information systems, paper-based clinical records, and disconnected applications with a unified, standardized, and integrated Clinical Information Solution (CIS).Reporting to the Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO)



for the Symbio Program and working closely with the CCIO and Chief Nursing Information Officer (CNIO), the successful candidate will establish, mature, and sustain the clinical informatics capabilities, operating methodologies, governance structures, and delivery practices required for the program.This senior leadership role will oversee the day-to-day delivery of clinical informatics activities across a multi-site acute care health system, ensuring that provincial clinical workflows are standardized while accommodating approved local variations across large, medium, and small hospitals.
