The Contract Manager is responsible for managing the company's contracts. He examines, negotiates and preparescontracts for the company, suppliers and/or customers. He must review contracts to ensure that they comply withall company policies, regulations and laws, and to analyze potential risks associated with signing certain contracts.Main ResponsibilitiesMonitoring contracts, and moving forward with extension, close-out, or renewal of contractsEnsuring all contract details align with federal, state, and local laws, as well as cooperate guidelines, policies, objectives, and goalsDrafting responses to contract bids, negotiations,



and proposalsReviewing existing contracts to locate any potential breaches and to add updates as requested by signersWriting and sending requests for proposals to potential vendorsAdding improvements to existing company contract policies to ensure compliance and reduce any potential risksSKILLS PROFILES AND QUALIFICATIONSEducation/ ExperienceBachelor's degree in commerce or related field.Over 5 years experience in a related field.Experience with IoT products/solutions is highly desirable.KnowledgeExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.Strong writing skills and excellent presentation skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Bilingualism (French and English) – oral and written.Required abilitiesExperience working with diverse groups of people to manage and inspire change.Versatility and flexibility; Rigor, concern for excellence and attention to detail; Comfortable in a agile and quick-paced work workplace.
