As a Dietary Aide, you will report to the Dietary Manager and play a crucial role in meal setup, serving, and cleanup. Your responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of beverages, salads, and desserts, ensuring a pleasant dining atmosphere. You’ll also support kitchen cleanliness and participate in special events to enrich community experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve meals professionally to residents and guests
• Set up and prepare dining items for service
• Transparent tables and deliver tray services as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
• Assist in training new dietary staff members
Requirements:
• Food Handler's Certificate required
• Previous food service experience preferred
• Enrollment in Food Service Worker Training Program
• Excellent customer service skills needed
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand/walk during shifts
