As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily transportation, yard, and warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, productive, and cost-effective movement and storage of materials. and safety standards.Coordinate equipment maintenance and operational readiness.Resolve operational challenges and customer service escalations.Monitor operational KPIs, including on-time performance, productivity, inventory accuracy, and cost control.Collaborate with Safety, HR, Maintenance, and Accounting to support business objectives.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, processes, and service delivery.Experience & Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in trucking, transportation, yard, or warehouse operationsis requiredExperience with pipe transportation and/or over-dimensional loads is requiredGeneral warehousing experience is requiredProven leadership experience managing operational teamsStrong understanding of transportation regulations, fleet operations, and safety complianceExperience with transportation management systems (TMS), electronic logging devices (ELDs), and warehouse or inventory management systemsStrong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skillsExperience managing operational budgets and performance targetsKnowledge of SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) is considered an assetTF Truckload & Logistics is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
