Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legendary customer service to all shoppers
• Assist customers in evaluating and selecting products
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across sales floor




• Resolve customer issues with good judgment
• Stay informed about outdoor trends and company promotions
Requirements:
• One or more years in sales or service preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to exceed customer expectations consistently
• Positive judgment and logical problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products is a plus
