We seek a customer-oriented individual with experience in building materials. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will engage with customers both in-person and over the phone, ensuring their needs are met effectively. You will also be responsible for order processing, inventory support, and maintaining a clean and organized sales area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in-person and via phone inquiries
• Process customer orders swiftly and accurately
• Resolve customer questions and complaints efficiently




• Maintain inventory levels and shelf organization
• Keep displays and aisles clean and well-organized
Requirements:
• Solid customer service and communication skills
• Experience in retail or building supplies is an asset
• Product knowledge of drywall, lumber, and insulation required
• Flexible with rotating shifts, including weekends
• Regularly lift and carry up to 40 lbs
