We are looking for a reliable Security Guard with at least one year of experience for a retail workplace. The role requires a valid Ontario Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR certification. You'll enforce property regulations, respond to emergencies, and provide excellent customer service to shoppers and tenants alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols of the mall and surrounding areas
• Maintain visible security presence to deter incidents
• Respond to emergencies and assist during evacuations
• Provide directions and support to customers and visitors
• Monitor CCTV for suspicious activities
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year security experience
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License required
• Valid First Aid & CPR/AED Certification
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
