Senior Manager, Total Rewards & Well-Being – Bilingual (English/French) | Toronto | HybridWe’re recruiting a Senior Manager, Total Rewards & Well-Being – Bilingual (English/French) for a large, publicly traded Canadian organization operating in the industrial sector and supporting major infrastructure initiatives across Canada.Compensation: $130,000–$140,000 base (negotiable based on experience) + 20% target bonus (with a 2 times multiplier)Hybrid: 3 days per week in officeThis individual will lead a team of 2–3 and play a key role in the organization’s Total Rewards function.What you’ll be responsible for:Leading the development and implementation of the organization’s Total Rewards strategyCompensation and salary structuresVariable and executive compensation programsPension and group benefitsDisability management programsVendor and consultant relationshipsRegulatory compliance and reportingProviding Total Rewards guidance to HR, Finance and senior leadershipWhat we’re looking for:3+ years of people management experienceStrong experience in at least 2 of these 4 areas: compensation, pensions,
