Fiddle River Restaurant – Jasper, AB

Employment Type: Permanent | Full-time

Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week, shift options include Evening, Day, and Weekend. Overtime is available.

Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
- Place dishes in the storage area.
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
- Scour pots and pans.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
- Sharpen kitchen knives.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements

Quick‑paced environment. Tasks are repetitive. Must be able to handle up to 9 kg (20 lbs) of weight.

Skills, Education and Experience

Language: English required.

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required. On‑the‑job training will be provided.

Experience: Will train.
