In-home caregiver – private home – MHD… family

Terms of employment: This job is for a full-time position, between 30 and 40 hours per week. Adaptable / Split shift work schedule is required. Weekend work may be required. Job starts as soon as possible.

Language requirement: English or French.

Salary: Wage offered is between $19 and $23 per hour.

Location: MHD… lives in Montreal, Quebec. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood; school and parks are nearby. The city bus is easily accessible and is close by (#24, #104, #138). Nearest major intersection is Sherbrooke O., and Atwater ave

Duties may include:

- 1- This job is to help with the care of a newborn.
- 2- Supervision of baby when parents are not at home
- 3- Sterilize bottles, prepare formula and change diapers




- 4- Prepare food and change diapers
- 5- Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to provide amusement and exercise
- 6- Plan, prepare and serve meals. Kitchen clean-up is also required
- 7- General housework that will include doing laundry.
- 8- Dusting rooms to ensure a clean environment

Qualifications:

- 1- Must have completed at minimum Canadian equivalent of secondary school education
- 2- Must have at least one year of work-related experience as a caregiver or equivalent training
- 3- Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, and able to manage the job without supervision
