Prepare cargo for Company flights using load planning, documentation, and dangerous goods compliance while supporting on-time performance.

Reporting to the Manager, Cargo Operations, the Cargo Loadmaster prepares and allocates freight for Company flights. The work supports customer service and on-time performance by following SOPs. Responsibilities include warehouse handling, manifests, shipment labeling, and TC regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare pre-loads and final loads for scheduled flights
- Pick manifest shipments from appropriate warehouse locations
- Line up freight for Ramp staff
- Provide dangerous goods paperwork with departing freight
- Organize and maintain the warehouse

Requirements:

- High school diploma or General Education Degree equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain required transportation security clearances
- Warehousing and forklift experience considered assets
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
