As Director, Value Added Services and Beyond Banking, you will define BMO’s Personal Banking value proposition and multi-year roadmap. Lead goals, protection, financial education, and beyond banking initiatives, including My Financial Progress, Credit Coach, SmartProgress, Zogo, and Beyond Banking Perks. Connect customer needs with business priorities and enterprise capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the Personal Banking value proposition and multi-year roadmap
- Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and success metrics
- Scale the Goals Ecosystem across branch and digital channels
- Negotiate strategic partnerships,
commercial terms, and customer propositions
- Lead propositions through pilots, launches, and scaled execution
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree and MBA from a top tier school
- 10+ years in strategy, product, partnerships, or customer experience
- Experience taking propositions from concept to scaled launch
- Strong commercial acumen and partnership negotiation experience
- Executive communication, analytical, and people leadership skills
