The Client
Our client is a well-established Ontario-based general contractor with decades of experience delivering major civil infrastructure projects. With a strong project pipeline and continued growth across the GTA, they are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a portfolio of high-value heavy civil projects.
The Chance
In this Senior Leadership position, you will take ownership of assigned projects and work closely with Superintendents, Project Coordinators, subcontractors, consultants, owners and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.
What You’ll Do
Take overall responsibility for project performance, including cost, schedule, quality,
safety and client satisfaction.
Review contract documents, drawings, specifications and project requirements before mobilization.
Develop, maintain and adjust detailed project schedules based on contract requirements and actual progress.
Lead pre-construction, progress and stakeholder meetings while maintaining strong communication with project partners.
Work closely with Site Superintendents to monitor production, progress and project performance.
Manage project financials, forecasting, cost controls, progress billings and overall financial performance.
Review and approve subcontractor and supplier
