Ledcor Highways Ltd. is offering winter seasonal road maintenance roles across Ontario. If you hold a DZ or AZ license, you will work with heavy equipment to maintain Ontario highways, with local shift schedules and camp accommodations where needed.

Wages range from $25.50 to $33.50 per hour, with premiums for night shifts and specialized equipment. The role includes 8–12 hour shifts, 5:4 or 6:1 schedules, and union advantages through CLAC.
