Protect SEPHORA assets in Vancouver through retail surveillance, CCTV monitoring, and operational controls that reduce store shortage. This is a full-time regular position.

As an Asset Protection Partner, you will support loss prevention at BC-Pacific Centre. The work combines theft deterrence, incident reporting, audits, inventory preparation, and employee training. You will collaborate with store Leadership, the District Loss Prevention Manager, law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales-floor and CCTV surveillance
- Deter or apprehend individuals committing external theft
- Prepare theft, recovery, accident, and audit reports
- Complete self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections
- Support shrinkage prevention plans and employee training

Requirements:

- One year of retail asset protection experience
- Maintain required provincial or local licensing
- Solid written, verbal, interviewing, and interpersonal skills
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
